International College of Manly, Sydney (ICMS) and its associated ICMS provider brands (International Sport College Australia, Aspire Institute and Aspire English) are located in Manly and Sydney CBD.
Job Description
The Employability & Registrar Department at ICMS seeks to recruit a Progressions and Timetabling Officer to ensure a professional and efficient experience for students from enrolment through to graduation. This role involves managing processes in accordance with ICMS policies and the standards set by relevant regulators and accreditation bodies.
In this role, you will be:
Managing and coordinating timetabling and enrolments across all brands and campuses
Managing and coordinating student courses, course and subject transfers, and transitions or teach-outs as needed
Monitoring and following up on new and ongoing enrolments
Curating accurate data to inform the timetabling process
Report on International student loads each study period to ensure compliance with requirements of student visas
Familiar with all ICMS Study Abroad and Articulation Agreements, ensuring articulating students are accurately enrolled and understand the requirements of their study plans
Liaising and collaborating with ICMS Academic team and other college stakeholders to improve systems and processes
Collaborating with the Student Success Centre and Student Centre teams to support the overall progression strategy
As the successful candidate, you will have:
A bachelor’s degree and subsequent relevant experience in the education sector (preferably tertiary)
Proven proficiency in the use of technology specifically relating to timetabling and student and customer relationship management systems
Advanced knowledge of Higher Education standards and their application within the private higher education sector
A track record in education that demonstrates a full understanding of policies and procedures relating to course requirements, student progression and load planning
Ability to advise on annual scheduling of subjects with the use of timetabling software
