Base Salary plus Super plus Commission (based on meeting agreed enrolments per term)

Job Description

About this role 

Based in the Domestic Development Team at Manly Campus, you will: 

  • be a student advisor to prospective students looking to start their studies at ICMS.  You will be their first point of contact and help guide them through the process to enrolling to study at ICMS
  • recruit for all degrees, engaging with students on campus, at career expos and during school presentations
  • proactively contribute to increasing positive student engagement and enrolments whilst accurately administering and developing key stakeholder relationships

Responsibilities  

  • Action recruitment and business plan strategies to recruit students and meet team targets
  • Follow-up on student enquiries, requests for information and applications received, via email, mail and/or phone in a timely manner
  • Create and update PowerPoint presentations as required for School Visits and Expos
  • Develop and maintain working relationships and strong networks with student counselors/advisors and agents
  • Conduct career advisor activities including school visits, and ensure they are kept up-to- date with any relevant changes, including but not limited to course or admission changes
  • Assist in the creation of the departmental Business Plan and other reports as required and directed
  • Employ the Administration and CRM System’s as tools for planning, research, analysis, reports, measurement and budgets
  • Conduct campus site tours for prospective students and career advisors
  • Effective representation at roadshows, exhibitions and seminars as per the marketing activities calendar and other events as directed
  • Maintain accurate expense reports for all pre- approved expenses relating to recruitment trips
  • Ensure all stakeholders have the correct and up to date information about all course, products and services

  • A Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not essential)  
  • The ability to sell and be motived by KPI’s  
  • The ability to operate effectively in a team, contributing to team operations and positive working relationships 
  • The ability to develop and grow a territory / customer base 
  • The ability to build and manage relationships  
  • The ability to appropriately administer (file, retrieve, and organise) materials in a high volume and fast paced environment
  • Strong administrative, organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential in this role

Note: Domestic travel and weekend work may be required as an expected component of the role.
