We are seeking a Program Manager with a genuine passion for student success and transformative education to lead the Bachelor of Business (Entrepreneurship and Innovation) and support the Bachelor of Business program. These qualifications offer students a unique blend of rigorous business fundamentals and specialised entrepreneurial learning, with flexible, personalised pathways and hands-on Work Integrated Learning experiences.
The Entrepreneurship and Innovation course is distinguished by its focus on creative problem-solving, agile leadership, and real-world industry engagement, preparing graduates to launch startups, drive innovation, and excel in dynamic environments.

This is a full-time role (38 hours per week) based in Manly with optional presence at our Sydney CBD location in Haymarket; part-time and flexible applications will be considered. This role is available for an initial fixed term of two years.

About you
As the successful candidate, you will have PhD or Master’s in a relevant discipline (Entrepreneurship/ Innovation/ Business), significant teaching and industry experience, demonstrated academic leadership and experience in Higher Education course management, membership of professional associations (optional), strong communication and teamwork skills.
