About the Role
We are seeking a detail-driven Accounts Receivable Coordinator to join our Finance team on a full-time basis. Reporting to the Finance Manager, this role is integral to ensuring accurate student billing, timely fee collection and high-quality service delivery to students, agents and internal stakeholders.
This position is well-suited to someone who enjoys working in a structured, student-focused environment and takes pride in accuracy, professionalism and strong customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Responding to student fee enquiries via phone, email and Salesforce in a timely and professional manner
Daily processing and allocation of student deposits and cash receipts
Completing monthly bank reconciliations
Assisting with the collection of outstanding student accounts
Preparing and processing student refunds in line with ICMS policies and procedures
Preparing agent commission calculations and ensuring agents are paid accurately and on time
Entering student accommodation payments into reservation and student management systems
Supporting accurate enrolment and student charging across all intakes
Maintaining accurate financial records and supporting reporting requirements as needed
About You
Previous experience in an accounts receivable, finance or similar role
High attention to detail and strong data accuracy skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
A professional, ethical and customer-focused approach
Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Experience working within an education or student services environment will be highly regarded.
